Working in New York’s fashion industry for 25 years, Kathy was directly involved in buying, selling, merchandising and designing. For 10 years, she managed a garment manufacturing company where one of her strengths was negotiating prices with fabric suppliers as well as store buyers. Kathy understands what it takes to market a product, sell it, produce it and deliver it. Kathy and her husband have lived in Glen Ridge for 27 years. Her two sons have attended and graduated from Glen Ridge schools and have participated in many of the sports teams. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about Glen Ridge as well as the surrounding towns and delights in sharing her expertise. Having commuted to Manhattan for many years, Kathy has special insight into the importance of the daily commute to Manhattan. As an active member of the community, Kathy served as a soccer coach, Civic Conference Committee member and secretary, member of the Mayor’s Alliance Committee and the Mayor’s Gala Committee, Co-chair of Project Graduation and Chair of the Educational Foundation 10th Anniversary Party. She is also a member of the Women’s Club. As evidenced by her enthusiasm for the West Essex area and vast experience negotiating deals and working with people, Kathy has a wonderful perspective as a real estate professional. Her customers appreciate her honest, down-to-earth nature while maintaining the professionalism that she exercised throughout her business career.
